Consultations

We offer  skin health consultations or medical aesthetic consultations (either virtually or face to face).  In the consultation process we go through your medical history and discuss your concerns in detail.  We will go through a range of different options and create a suitable treatment plan going forward.  New or existing patients can book a consultation at any time. 

 

 There is a £30 fee for all consultations.

• A £30.00 booking fee is required at the time of booking.  

• Please allow 60 minutes for your consultation.

 

Consultation with the view to have treatment at the same time.

We understand that some of our clients travel quite far to come to our clinics sometimes it is not always practical for you to book two separate appointments.  You may decide that having the treatment straight after your consultation works better for you.  This is not a problem, please contact us to book so we can allow enough time for your appointment.

Cancellations and changes 

Cancellation/ changes will only be accepted 72 hours or more prior to your appointment.  

If you want to cancel/change your appointment within 72 hours this will incur a charge to your account.  50%  of the booked treatment price.  Part of the fee will be paid with the deposit on account, the remaining balance will be invoiced to you and will need to be paid before attending another appointment.  If you do not show to your appointment, without notifying us, you will be invoiced for the full cost of your treatment, this must be paid within 48 hours or you will be unable to book future appointments. 

Deposits paid for skin consultations are redeemable against products that are purchased on the day in clinic, we are unable to redeem  the deposit from orders placed after this date.    For more information on this please contact us directly.
